Landlord and Tenant Law
The new Land and Conveyancing Reform Act 2009 has radically changed the area of Landlord and Tenant Law in Ireland. The new act came into effect at the end of February 2010 and applies to all commercial leases executed after that time. It does not have retrospective effect.
At Moloney & Company Solicitors we have many years experience in advising both commercial landlords and tenants alike relating to residential units, commercial units, shopping centre units & public houses.
At Moloney & Co we also provide advice to clients in relation to any disputes that may have to be determined by the private residential tenancies board and can represent clients before the Board for the hearing of disputes. We can also provide advice in relation to the negotiation and conclusion of new leases and the assignment of existing leases.
